Noel Cameron

A memorial service for Noel Cameron, 75, of Cleburne will be conducted at 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, April 8, 2014 at the V.O. Schneider Memorial Chapel in Keene. Pastor Harly Charles will officiate.

Noel Cameron passed away Sunday, March 30, 2014 in Fort Worth. He was born October 4, 1938 in Jackson, Mississippi to Danny Heeb and Winnette Merritt Cameron. He married Elaine Gore on November 25, 1959 in Cleburne.

Mr. Cameron was a truck driver, retiring in 2001 with more than 11 years of service for Albertsons. He loved gardening, trucks and trains, and animals, especially dogs. He enjoyed traveling. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Survivors include his loving wife of 54 years, Elaine Cameron; mother, Winnette Cameron; three grandchildren, Eric Neal and wife Jennifer, Cameron Neal and wife Amber, and Tyler Yager; five great grandchildren, Makenzie, Parker, Jewellian, Austin, Rayne, and one on the way; son-in-law, Kelly Yager; and a host of other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father; and a daughter, Pamela Yager.
