Norma McDonald

Norma Jean Wright McDonald departed this earth on Thursday, September 13, 2018, in Keene, TX. She was born June 16, 1930, in Louisville, KY, to Elwood and Marie Wright. She married Donald Manning “Bud” McDonald on November 23, 1952, in Fort Knox, KY. Mrs. McDonald was a homemaker and a full-time mother and Grammy. She was selfless and loved butterflies, crossword puzzles, flowers, yard work, talk radio, and camping on the beach. She never threw anything away because you never know when you might need it. Mrs. McDonald was preceded in death by her husband, son Jamie, her parents, and siblings. She is survived by her daughters Jenny Riggs and husband Robert, Judy Pharr and husband Jim, and Jill Wilbanks and husband Eddie. Grandchildren are Garen Riggs and wife Sara, Bo Pharr and wife Jill, Wesley Riggs and wife Brandi, Holly Hendrichs and husband Sean, Rachel Virden and husband Nick, Chase Wilbanks, and Caroline Wilbanks. Great-grandchildren include Luke, Ellie, and Evan Riggs; Gabe and Lexi Riggs; Jase and Jenna Pharr; Mason and Bennett Virden. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and additional loving family.
