Oliver Lowe

Graveside service for Oliver S. Lowe, 88, of Cleburne will be conducted at 1:00 P.M., Monday, Feb. 29, 2016 in Chambers Cemetery. Minister Morgan Blair will officiate. Visitation will be from 5-7:00 P.M., Sunday, at the funeral home.
Oliver S. Lowe passed away Monday, Feb. 22, 2016 in Cleburne. He was born Nov. 7, 1927 in Cleburne to Oliver and Sadie V. Slaton Lowe. He served in the United States Army during WWII and worked as a foreman at the Santa Fe Railroad until retiring. He was a member of the Church of Christ.
Survivors include his dear friend, Ora Lee Shipman of Cleburne; son, Christopher Reeves and wife Sharon of Grand Prairie; two grandchildren; sister, Sadie V. Johns of Cleburne; two stepchildren; six step grandchildren; 18 step great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
