Mrs. Bickford was a church secretary and a member of the Whitney Church of the Nazarene in Whitney.
Opal Bickford is survived by her grandson, Russell Holby of Bandera; great grandsons, Derek Holby and Brandon Holby, both of Bandera; step-daughter, Lavelle Wilson of Plainview; step-son, Lew Bickford of Colorado; brother, Homer Medford of Dallas. She was preceded in death by husbands Odell Brown and J. B. Bickford; her parents and five brothers.
