Orlan Parker
Orlan Larry Parker, Sr., 76, of Keene, passed away Tuesday, October 18, 2011 in Keene. He was born September 14, 1935 in Detroit, Michigan to Walter Howard and Arleen Virginia Wheeler Parker.
Mr. Parker served his country proudly in the U.S. Army for 16 years and he was formerly a housing inspector and electronics repairman and was a retired manager of the Lone Star Mobile Home Park in Keene.
Survivors include his significant other, Deborah Joan Landes of Keene; two sons, Orlan Larry Parker, Jr. and wife Linda of Rockwall and Walter Parker and wife Sandra of Waco; 14 grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; brother, Michael Parker; sister, Judith Skillsky and husband Bob, all of California. He was preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Arleen Parker and one sister, Pam.
