Oscar Carlock

Services for Oscar Ervin Carlock, Jr.,60, of Cleburne, will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. Friday, July 25, 2008 in the Eastern Heights Church, Hwy 4 East, Cleburne, TX. Rev. Ferris Whitehead will officiate. Burial will be in Rosehill Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Glen Lathers, Jordan Lathers, Christopher Lathers, Ron Elliott, Justin Graves and Eddie Beck.
Oscar E. Carlock, Jr. passed away on Monday, July 21, 2008 in Cleburne. He was born September 18, 1947 in Ft. Worth, TX to Oscar and Charlene Cox Carlock, Sr. He married Connie Mae Lathers on November 6, 1970 in Cleburne, TX.
Mr. Carlock served in the US Navy and formerly worked as a fork lift operator for Dannon Yogurt and Raingaire Corp. He was a member of Eastern Heights Church.
Oscar Carlock, Jr. is survived by his parents, Oscar, Sr. and Charlene Carlock; wife, Connie Carlock of Cleburne; daughter, Roxanne Thomas and husband, Craig of Cleburne; sons, Matthew Carlock of Cleburne, Brian Carlock of Grand Prairie, Brandon Carlock and fiancée, Katie of Alvarado and Nobbie Clark of Ft. Worth; six grandchildren, Clinton, Colton, Halston, Faith, Kayli and Noah; brother, Charles Carlock; three sisters, Jo Ann Smith, Sherry Clark and Lee Carlock and a number of nieces, nephews,brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.
