She was here, she was there..
My mom, was everywhere..
When I hurt
When I was sad
When I was good
When I was bad…
She made me laugh,
When I felt like crying…
She made me smile,
When I felt like frowning...
She was here… she was there…
My mom’s true love, Is everywhere…
Patricia “Patty” Kaye (Oldham) Gideon, 77, peacefully passed away before sunrise October 9th 2022, with her husband of 59 years by her side.
Born in Gorman, Texas on Thursday January 25th 1945 to John & Vonda Oldham, thus beginning her life of being a loving daughter, and sister… To marrying her high-school sweetheart April 12th 1963, being a loving wife, working homemaker, and fiercely protective, and enormously loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, as well as forging lifelong friendships with all she met along the way. To know Patty, was truly to love her. Her humor, even during hard times, was always a blessing, she could smile, laugh, and cry, while still being the voice of reason, comfort, and support in all situations.
