Paul Ray

Paul Ray, 89, of Cleburne, passed away Sunday, August 14, 2022, in Fort Worth. He was born June 18, 1933, in Callahan County, Texas to Earl Madison and Argie Clee (Murray) Ray. Paul served in the United States Army from 1953-1955. He was a quick witted and charming man. He could fix anything and truly enjoyed tinkering with things. Country and Western music brought him countless hours of joy throughout his life. Paul was a member of Keene Seventh-day Adventist Church. He had a strong faith and read his Bible regularly. His positive outlook and great imagination will be missed dearly.

Paul is survived by his son, John Paul Ray, Jr.; brother, Joseph L. Ray; several nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Paula Sue Williams and an infant daughter; one granddaughter; brothers, Earl Lee Ray, Stanley M. Ray, and Preston Murray Ray.
