Paula Anthony

Service for Paula Gent Anthony, 56, of Cleburne will be conducted at 10 a.m. Thursday, July 12, 2012, in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. The Rev. Paul Calaway will officiate. Burial will follow in Rosehill Cemetery. No formal visitation is scheduled.

Mrs. Anthony passed away Monday, July 9, 2012, in Cleburne. She was born Jan. 10, 1956, in Cleburne to Glen and Clara Sanders Gent. She married Robert Anthony on Dec. 6, 1997, in Alvarado.

Paula was an insurance claims supervisor for more than 20 years and a member of Fundamental Baptist Church in Alvarado.

Survivors include her husband, Robert Anthony of Cleburne; four step-children; sister, Glenda Solomon of Alvarado; brothers, Larry Gent of Missouri, Bobbie Gent of Glen Rose and Joe Gent of Cleburne; numerous nieces and nephews; and a special "baby" cat, Bree.

Paula is remembered by family as a loving wife, sister and aunt, and by everyone's children as a second mom. She will be missed dearly by all who knew and loved her.
