Pauline Annette Beene

Services for Pauline Annette Beene, 82, of Cleburne, will be conducted at 10:00 A.M., Wednesday, August 21, 2024, in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel with Chaplain Eddy Carrell officiating. Burial will follow in Burleson Memorial. Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 P.M., Tuesday, August 20, 2024, at the funeral home. 

Annette passed away Friday, August 16, 2024, in Keene. She was born November 17, 1941, in Cleburne to James Stanley and Mary Marie (Cogdill) Kennemer. A cherished member of Calvary Baptist Church in Cleburne, Annette's faith played an essential role in her life. She married Jamie Beene in July 2010, and their union was a source of joy until his passing on February 12, 2012. Annette was known for her generous spirit and dedication to her work. Annette's professional journey began at Gibson’s, where she dedicated several years of her life. She subsequently became self-employed, helping to operate her husband’s business, Beene Vending, for 20 years. Known for her strong work ethic and commitment to excellence, she garnered the respect and admiration of colleagues and friends alike. Annette will be profoundly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her legacy of hard work and unwavering kindness will continue to inspire those whose lives she touched.

She is survived by her children, Sheryl Garcia and husband, Manuel, Steve Harris, Gary Harris and wife, Dolores and Bryan Harris; 6 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; and sister, Debra Johnson.

Annette was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Jamie Beene; her children’s father, Earl Ray Harris; brothers, Gene Threadgill, Charles Kennemer and Eddie Kennemer; sisters, Linda Rice, Karen Jenkins, and Rosa Watkins.
