Peggy Chandler

Graveside service for Peggy Chandler 72, of Godley, will be conducted at 10:00 A.M., Monday, August 26, 2019 in Godley Cemetery. Reverend Ken Coleman will officiate.

Peggy Chandler passed away Thursday, August 22, 2019. She was born June 3, 1947 in Fort Worth to Trude and Florence (Skinner) Scott. Peggy married Garland Earl Chandler, Sr. on July 04, 1967 in Benbrook. She was an office manager in the oil field. Peggy was a member of First Baptist Church of Godley. She was a beautiful child of God and loved by so many. She was such an inspiration that touch so many lives.

Peggy is survived by her husband, Butch Chandler of Godley; children Kristan Grossman, Cory Chandler and Sheli Chandler all of Godley; brother, Jimmy Scott and wife Linda of Cleburne, Charles Scott and wife Carol of Lufkin and numerous other family members and friends.

Peggy is preceded in death by, her parents, sister, Mary Strobel, brothers, Don Scott and Lloyd Scott.
