Piercie Adrienne Colmer

Piercie Adrienne Starr Colmer, 66, passed away Tuesday, April 25, 2017, while under hospice care in Fort Worth, Texas. A native of Opelika, Alabama, she graduated from Opelika High School in 1968 and later moved to Cleburne, Texas, where she lived since 1980. Affectionately known as “Adie” by her family, she is survived by her husband, Gary E. Colmer, her sisters and brothers-in-law, Janet and Bill Hammock, Pam and Dan Johnson and Lisa and Earl Brackin, as well as eight nieces and nephews; numerous great nieces and nephews; and a sister-in-law, Lela Hanna and her husband Jerrell, of Cleburne. She was preceded in death by her parents, Mavis and Boyce Starr and her mother-in-law and father-in-law, Dea and Emmett Colmer. Her funeral is set for Wed, May 3, 11 a.m., in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel, with a 10 a.m. visitation, prior to the service. Burial will follow in Rosehill Cemetery.
