Ralph Darby

Services for Ralph Lambert Darby, 78, of Cleburne, will be conducted at 2:00 P.M., Friday, April 15, 2011 in the Crosier Pearson Cleburne Funeral Chapel with Pastor Randy Mac officiating. Burial will follow in the Rosehill Cemetery. Visitation will be on Thursday from 6:00-8:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
Ralph Lambert Darby passed away on Wednesday, April 13, 2011 in Fort Worth. He was born on March 29, 1933 in Perryopolis, PA and was the son of Joseph W. and Goldie Viola (Houston) Darby. He married Yvette Augustine Marie Delahayes on June 15, 1957 in Warren, Ohio. Ralph was known as a friendly outgoing man, who enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. Ralph's hobbies included classic cars, pool, and horseshoes. Ralph will be missed greatly by all those who knew and loved him. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Yvette Darby; son, Robert Darby; grandson, Ryan Darby; brothers, Paul and Donald Darby; and sister, Dorothy Darby.
Survivors include his children and their spouses, Libby McCrea (Joe) of Cleburne, Texas, Patricia Jackson (Joel) of Arlington, Texas, Susan Fenstermacher (Sam) of Cleburne, Texas, Bill Darby (Laurie) of Spring, Texas, Mike Darby (Cathy) of Cleburne, Texas, Ralph Darby (Judy) of Glen Rose, Texas, and Josette Fullen (Randy) of Joshua, Texas; 16 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; sisters, Ester Caroline of Austintown, Ohio and Elma Beatty of Youngstown, Ohio; several nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
