Randal Rice

Service for Randal Keith Rice, 53, of Joshua will be conducted at 10:00 A.M., Monday, Nov. 25, 2013 in the First United Pentecostal Church. Pastor F.L. Ashley will officiate, assisted by Pastor DeWaun Ashley. Burial will be in Baker-Lain Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4-6:00 P.M., Sunday, at the funeral home.

Mr. Rice passed away Tuesday, Nov. 19, 2013 in Ft. Worth. He was born Feb. 26, 1960 in Cleburne to Robert William and Evelyn Ruth Sparks Rice. He married Christene Denise Barron on Feb. 14, 1998 in Cleburne.

Mr. Rice worked as a forklift operator at Gunderson Southwest for 10 years. He enjoyed whittling and playing his harmonica. He loved wildlife, camping and kayaking. Randal was a member of First United Pentecostal Church. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Survivors include his wife, Christene Denise Rice; and a brother, Kenneth Stacy Rice. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Robert, Charlie, and Carl Rice and a sister, Karen Clark.
