Graveside services for Randall M. Jones, 85, of Joshua, will be conducted at 10:00 A.M. , Wednesday, April 6, 2011 in the Baker Lain Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 P.M. on Tuesday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Community Hospice, www.chot.org or to the giver's charity of choice.

Mr. Jones passed away on Monday, April 4, 2011 in Burleson. He was born to Palmer E. and Ada Mae LaFon Jones on June 3, 1925 in Cleburne. Randall served in the United States Air Force just after World War II had ended. He was of the Baptist faith. Randall married D'Will Cox on August 2, 1958 in Cleburne. He retired in 1987 from the Texas Highway Department, Bridge Division having served 21 years in Austin and another 11 years in Dallas. Randall was a giver; always willing to help anyone who was willing to help themselves, no matter who they were. He never had a bad thing to say about anyone. Randall enjoyed playing dominoes and was an avid Dallas Cowboys football fan. His dedicated nature and easy going spirit will be missed greatly by all who knew and loved him. Mr. Jones was preceded in death by his parents; and siblings, Wilma Jean Robinson and Troy Jones.

Survivors include his wife of 52 years, D'Will Jones; daughter, Beverly Ann Jones; brother in law, Gene Cox; sister in law, Jean Jones; several nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.
