Randall "Randy" Grinnell

Service for Randall “Randy” Grinnell, 85, of Midlothian, will be conducted at 2:00 P.M., Monday, September 30, 2024 in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. Visitation will follow the service. Burial will be at 11:00 A.M., Tuesday, October 1, 2024, in DFW National Cemetery.

Randy passed away September 22, 2024, in Mansfield. He was born March 24, 1939, in Charlotte, Michigan. Randy married Glenna Belle Nix on November 2, 1978, in Cleburne. Randy retired from the US Air Force after 22 years of service. While in the service Randy served in 33 countries. He loved farming, camping and traveling. He then went on to be an aircraft mechanic for Trinty Industries in Fort Worth for 19 years. Randy was a member of the Lake Pat Sams Chapter of Good Sams RV Club and the American Legion.

Survivors include his wife, Glenna Belle Nix; children, Cynthia Grinnell Fontenot, Vincent Grinnell, Curtis Bray, and Leenell Blake, and Gerald Bray; 12 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren.

Randy is preceded in death by his parents, Floyd James and Thora Marie (Johnson) Grinnell; brothers, Alden K. Grinnell and J.D. Grinnell; sisters, Caroline Penney, Vivian Carpenter, and Marilyn Mackensie.
