Randolph L. Garner, 75, of Cleburne passed away July 22, 2022 in Fort Worth. He was born April 30, 1947 in St. Louis, Missouri. Randolph married Charlene Brand on August 2, 1974 in Cleburne.
Randolph attended Seventh Day Adventist College in Keene, he then received his masters from Texas Christian University. He was an instructor and later principle at Joshua ISD. He retired his education career as the superintendent with the Blum ISD. He volunteered at the Chisholm Trail Museum as a schoolhouse teacher and the current school is named in his honor.
Additionally, he was the Past-President of the Chisholm Trail Museum. In his spare time he volunteered as a Johnson County historian. Randolph’s memberships included Texas Cushman Club, president of Vespa Scooters and SASS (Single Action Shooting Society). Randolph was the owner of Garner Classic Scooters in Cleburne.
Randolph had several interest but his love of Ford Mustangs and Vespa Scooters were obvious.
Randolph is survived by his wife of 48 years, Charlene, her son and other family members; as well as many close friends.
