Raymond Caldwell

Mr. Caldwell passed away Monday, August 1, 2005 in Ft. Worth. He was born September 30, 1925 in Cleburne, Texas to Lawrence Jesse and Effie Aleta Hanson Caldwell. He married Ruby Nell McCoy on September 13, 1947 in Cleburne.
Mr. Caldwell was a retired grocer and a veteran of the U.S. Army serving in WWII. He was a member of First Assembly of God Church in Cleburne.
Raymond "Froggie" Caldwell is survived by his wife Ruby Nell Caldwell of Cleburne; two daughters, Linda Wiley of Ft. Worth and Aleta Rice of Crowley; sister, Juanita Shanks of Niota, Illinois; six grandchildren, James Brett Johnston and wife Tara, Michael Glenn Rice, Jr. and wife Janie, Kenneth Bartt Johnston and wife Patti, Tina Michelle Davenport, Nicholas Scott Johnston and wife Erica and Amanda Lynn Rice; eleven great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters, Hazel Layland and Mona Bell Cantrell; infant daughter, Brenda Kay Caldwell, and brother, Lawrence Jesse Caldwell, Jr.
