Reverend William Harland Cullen

Services for Reverend William Harlan Cullen, of Glen Rose, will be held on Friday, February 28, 2025, beginning at 10:00 AM at the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel, 512 N. Ridgeway, Cleburne, TX. Interment will follow in Rosehill Cemetery in Cleburne. A visitation will take place on Thursday, February 27, 2025, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Funeral Home, located at 512 N Ridgeway Dr, Cleburne, TX. 

Reverend William Harland Cullen, a dedicated minister and beloved family man, passed away on February 21, 2025, at the age of 88 in Glen Rose, Texas. Born on August 24, 1936, in Armstrong County, Pennsylvania, Reverend Cullen was a pillar of his community and a man of unwavering faith who devoted his life to serving others.

Known for his deep love of the church and passion for reading his Bible, he had an extraordinary ability to lead many people to the Lord, demonstrating compassion and strength throughout his ministry. His commitment to his faith was matched only by his affection for his family and friends. He took great joy in remembering and celebrating the birthdays of those around him, always sending the perfect card that brightened their day.

Reverend Cullen was not only a loving father and grandfather; he was also an avid cat lover, finding joy in their companionship. His legacy of kindness and generosity will remain in the hearts of all who had the privilege to know him.

Reverend Cullen is survived by his son, Billy Cullen and wife Cheryl; daughters Kim Waters and husband Jim, Kathy Moore; sisters Barbara Hannaman, Wanda Astbury and husband Eric, Delphine Mason and husband Bill; and brother Joel Hannaman. He also leaves behind a cherished legacy of 11 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren who will continue to honor his memory.

Reverend William Harland Cullen will be sorely missed, but his impact on the lives he touched will remain forever.
