Service for Richard Don Davidson, 53, of Cleburne will be conducted at 10:00 A.M., Saturday, January 15, 2022, in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. Pastor Zane Mitchell will officiate. Visitation will be 6-8:00 P.M., Friday, January 14, 2022, at the funeral home.
Richard passed away Sunday, January 9, 2022, in Fort Worth. He was born June 29, 1968, in McKinney. Richard married Rebecka Leeann Etchison on March 27, 2001, in Cleburne. He was a member of Deeper Life Christian Fellowship Church. Richard was a heavy equipment operator for Scott’s Miracle Grow in Cresson. He had an independent streak and strong will. You never had to wonder where you stood with him. Richard had a huge heart and giving nature. He enjoyed fishing, playing pool and spending time with his family and friends. He will be missed greatly.
Richard is survived by his wife, Rebecka Davidson; mother and stepfather, Judy Vance Stickling and James; children, Jami Davidson Friedsam and Krystal Harris and husband, Robert San Miguel; stepchildren, Haylee Bird and husband, R.J., Carlton Mears; grandchildren, Jayci, Journi, Kyson, Josiah, Thomas, and Weston; sister, Sheri Davidson; several nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
He is preceded in death by his father, Donald Jack Davidson and stepson, Baylee Mears.
