Riley Howard

Mr. Howard passed away Sunday, September 25, 2005 in Cleburne. He was born August 21, 1928 in Lamesa, Texas to William and Hattie Hutchinson Howard. He married Hazel Williams on April 13, 2001 in Elgin, Texas.
Mr. Howard was a self employed cement contractor and a veteran of the U.S. Marines, serving in the Korean War. He was an avid horseman and loved being outdoors. He was of the Pentecostal faith.
Riley "R.D." Howard is survived by his daughter, Debbie Maxwell and husband Mike of Cleburne; wife, Hazel "Toby" Howard of Elgin, Tx.; son, Donald Howard of Cleburne; sister, Jimmie Free of Corpus Christi; seven grandchildren, Rachel Alvarado and husband Carlos, Ashley Howard, Ben McCleary, Michelle Maxwell, Mandy Register, Michelle Howard and Chad Howard; seven great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by six brothers and his parents.
