Riley Reed

Services for Riley Allen Reed, 49, of Falls Church, VA. will be conducted at 3:00 p.m., Saturday in the Little River United Church of Christ in Annandale, VA. Mr. Reeds family will recieve friends from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 28, 2006 in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Funeral Home.
Mr. Reed passed away Thursday, Feb. 23, 2006 in Falls Church, VA. He was born April 2, 1956 in Cleburne to C.E. and Alta Reed. He was a former member of the Central Church of Christ in Cleburne, a member of his church choir in Virginia, where his love for singing led him to Fairfax County, VA. Choral Society. He performed regularly in concerts, some of which included solo performances. He was a graduate of Cleburne High School and Harding University. Mr. Reed was a bus driver for Fairfax Co. I.S.D and was a member of the Little River United Church of Christ.
Mr. Reed is survived by his sister, Sonja Tribble and husband J.C. of Granbury; brother, Ed Reed and wife of Wanda of Cleburne; close friend, Chad Tang of Falls Church, VA; four nieces and two nephews and many great nieces, nephews and a host of family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Jimmy Reed, Ebb Reed and Milton Dee Reed and sister, Linda Price.
