Rita Ortiz passed away Thursday, August 9, 2007 in Fort Worth. She was born March 18, 1926 in Mexico to Manuel and Dominga Medina Jimenez.
Mrs. Ortiz was a homemaker and a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church.
Rita Ortiz is survived by daughters Paula Reyes and husband Rodolfo of Cleburne, Sylvia Sarabia of San Jose, California, Emilia Galan and husband Juan of Del Rio, Texas; son Francisco Ortiz and wife Juana of Cd Acuna, Coah, Mexico; 22 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren; 3 sisters; and 1 brother. She was preceded in death by her husband, Placido Ortiz, parents and 1 brother.
