Rita Torrez

Rita Gallegos Torrez passed away Wednesday, February 20, 2008 in Cleburne. She was born October 17, 1940 in Pecos Texas to Jose and Teodora Ponce Gallegos. She married Marcos Torrez in 1967 in Dallas, Texas.
Rita Gallegos Torrez is survived by her husband, Marcos Torrez, of Cleburne; son, Jesus Manuel Gallegos, of California; daughters, Frances Vasquez and husband Isai, of Fort Worth, Rebecca Ortegon, of Cleburne; grandchildren, Christopher Gallegos, Yadira Lopez and husband, Josh, Crystal Vasquez, Valrie Gallegos, Celeste Gallegos and Christopher
Ortegon;brother, Pedro Gallegos and wife Rosemary, of Fort Worth; sisters, Andrea Torrez, of Cleburne, Maria Gomez and husband, Ray, of Granbury, Olivia Vasquez and husband, Joel, of Fort Worth and Rosa Gallegos, of California, and a host of other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jose and Teodora Gallegos and brothers, Jose, Ramon and Manuel.
