Rodger Linthicum

Services for Rodger Dale Linthicum, 65, of Cleburne will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Friday, January 2, 2009 in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. Burial will be in Rio Vista Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday from 6-8 p.m.
Rodger Dale Linthicum passed away Monday, December 29, 2008 in Ft. Worth. He was born January 8, 1943 in Ft. Worth to Jack and Inez White Linthicum. He married Mablene Flatt on August 15, 1959, in Grand Prairie.
Mr. Linthicum was a welder and was of the Baptist faith.
Rodger Dale Linthicum is survived by his wife of 49 years, Mablene Linthicum of Rio Vista; son, Ricky Linthicum and wife, Renn of Rio Vista; daughter, Vickie Stewart and husband, Darrell of White Settlement; son, Danny Linthicum and wife, Cassie of Rio Vista; five grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; four step-great-grandchildren; two brothers, Billy Linthicum and wife, Betty of Rio Vista and Truman Linthicum of Belton; also, Ronnie Linthicum of Arlington and Michael Linthicum and wife, Tracey of Benbrook and a host of other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jack Linthicum and Inez Parnell; sister, Laura Waxman and brother, Jimmy Linthicum.
