Rose Fowler

Rose Olander Fowler passed away Tuesday, August 22, 2006 in Ft. Worth. She was born June 5, 1908 in Johnson County, Texas to Willie Carter and Effie George Stephens.

Mrs. Fowler was a homemaker and a member Rio Vista Church of Christ.

Rose Olander Fowler is survived by her daughter, Patsy Ann Wilson and husband Walter Richard of Arlington; granddaughter, Kimberly Neff and husband David of Waco; sister, Dialiha Valliant of Anson; nieces and nephews, Dorothy Yates, R.C. Benton, Mary Jo Roe, Charlotte Paul and Sammie Jo Pack and great-grandchildren, Preston Neff and Angela Neff. She was preceded in death by two husbands, Fred Noble and Arthur Fowler and sisters, Wilma Owens and Hollis Hall.
