Services for Rose Marie Roberts will be conducted at 11:00 pm, Tuesday, June 10, 2008 in the New Birth Missionary Baptist Church. Pastor Donald Earl will officiate. Pallbearers will be Trevor Taylor, Dilbert Pikes, Jermaine Murry, Michael Kelly, David Berry and Jhonahon Fuller. Honorary pallbearers will be Robert Franklin, Alton Nelson, Cory Humber, Tony Reed, Anthony Rollison and Travon Rudd.
Rose Marie Roberts was born in Greenville, Texas on November 10, 1958 to the parents of J.C. and Mattie Holiness, who preceded in death.
Rose moved to California where she graduated from Banning High School in Banning, California. Rose then went on to become a loving wife, mother and Servant of the Lord.
She leaves to cherish her memories, her husband of thirty years, Kenneth Roberts; five sons, Kenneth Roberts, II, Shaun (Yennise) Roberts, Dont'e Roberts, Ojai Roberts and DeShea Roberts all of Cleburne; three grandchildren, Kenneth Roberts III, of Mentone, CA., Shauntelle Roberts and Alisia Roberts of Cleburne, Texas; four sisters, Melva Lewis, Dorothy Matthews, of Garland, Scherry Holderness and Charletta Weston, of Cleburne;special friend, Deborah Bailey; three brothers, Otis (Kim) Holiness, Everett (Natalia) Holiness of Cleburne and J.C. Holiness, Jr. of Long, Beach California; four aunts, Minnie Cullars, of Atlanta, Georgia, Margie Reed, Betty Rollison and Mary Nelson of Sulphur Springs; uncle, Larry Nelson of Banning, California.
Visitation will be at the funeral home from 6-8 pm.
Kenneth Roberts and family would like to thank each and everyone of you for your kind words and hospitality and support during this difficult time. We extend our heartfelt appreciation.
