Service for Roy E. Bosher, 99, of Cleburne, will be conducted at 10:00 A.M., Friday, Sept. 1, 2017 in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. Pastor Casey Oliver will officiate. Burial will be in Grandview Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-8:00 P.M., Thursday, at the funeral home.
Roy E. Bosher passed away Monday, Aug. 28, 2017 in Cleburne. He was born July 5, 1918 in Dallas County to Willie Richard and Virgie Ola Moore Bosher. He married Anna Lee Graham on June 22, 1940 and she preceded him in death on Oct. 14, 1985.
Mr. Bosher was a tractor mechanic for 30 years with John Deere and a member of Calvary Baptist Church.
Survivors include his son, Kennith Bosher of Little Rock, AR; daughter, Mae Oliver of Granbury; nine grandchildren, Shelly Steel and husband Eddie of Granbury, Rusty Oliver and wife Becky of Glen Rose, Dusty Oliver and wife Brandy of Cleburne, Stephanie Oliver of Granbury, Ginger Grimm and husband Matt of Leander; Brenda Maynard and husband Travis, Wayne Bosher, and Dana Jones and husband Bruce, all of Little Rock, AR and numerous great and great great grandchildren; sister, Mary Lee of Joshua; and numerous nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends. He was also preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Joyce Britcher; grandson, Monte Bosher; four brothers and six sisters.
