Ruby Fergason

Services for Ruby Kathran Fergason, 85, of Cleburne, will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, March 31, 2007 in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. Rev. F. L. Ashley will officiate.

Ruby Kathran Fergason passed away Thursday, March 29, 2007 in Cleburne. She was born November 10, 1921 in Cleburne, Texas to William Marian and Nettie Lee Clark Montgomery. She married Floyd Fergason on December 28, 1946 in Cleburne.

Mrs. Fergason worked as the cafeteria manager at Irving Elementary School, retiring after 19 1/2 years of service. She was a member of First United Pentecostal Church. Mr. and Mrs. Fergason recently celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary.

Ruby Kathran Fergason is survived by her husband, Floyd Fergason of Cleburne; two sons, Luther Floyd Fergason, Jr. and wife Sheri of Weatherford and Thomas William Fergason and wife Kim of Joshua; two daughters, Nelda K. Morris and husband William Keith of Cleburne and Patricia Louann Connelly and husband Michael of Cedar Hill; sister, Lillie M. North of Cleburne; five grandchildren, Chad L. Wilson, Jenifer Mathews, Michelle Connelly, David Connelly, Tyler Fergason and Haley Howard; one great-grandchild, Caleb L. Wilson.
