Graveside services for Ruth Marie Potter, 60, of Ft. Worth will be conducted at 11:00 A.M., Tuesday, Feb. 13, 2007, in the Rose Hill Cemetery. Karen Brown will officiate. A memorial service will be conducted following the graveside at 2:30 P.M. in the Celebration Community Church in Ft. Worth with Pastor Penny Hummer officiating.
Mrs. Potter passed away Saturday, Feb. 10, 2007 in Ft. Worth. She was born April, 13, 1946 in San Diego, California to Jim and Marie Harness Griffis. She was a retired restaurant manager and a member of the Celebration Community Church.
Mrs. Potter is survived by three sons, Charles William Potter and wife Monty of Ft. Worth, Ronald Wayne Potter and wife Marina of Richmond and James Daniel Potter and wife Jennifer of Granbury; two daughters, Melissa Elaine DeClercq and husband Jens of Corpus Christi and Kristi Nanette Imler and husband Philip of Cleburne; ten grandchildren, Brittany and Beau DeClercq, Kierstin, Tessa and Alyssa Imler, Morgan, Jamie, Logan and Jacob Potter and Lillian Drozda; one brother, Butch Griffis of Indiana, one sister, Pat Huffman of Indiana and former husband Charles Edward Potter of Rio Vista.
