Sandra Dixson

Service for Sandra Jane “Joplin” Dixson, 71, of Burleson will be conducted on Friday, March 19, 2021 in DFW National Cemetery.

Sandra passed away Saturday, February 13, 2021 in Burleson. She was born June 27, 1949 in Fort Worth to John and Mary Louise “Clark” Joplin. She married Dean Dixson, a retired Sergeant Major.

Sandra worked as a dental assistant for many years and was of the Christian faith. She loved time with her family as was a joy to be around and never met a stranger. She enjoyed her time at the Brazos River and was a passionate collector of clowns from all over the world. She will be dearly missed.

Sandra is survived by her brother, Jim Bob Joplin and wife Huili Dai of Irving; niece, Sherri Brown and husband Robby of Houston and a host of other relatives and friends. Sandra is preceded in death by her parents, and brother, Dewey Dan Joplin.
