Graveside service for Sandra “Sandy” McKinney, 72, of Cleburne will be conducted at 10:00 A.M., Wednesday, July 1, 2015 in Greenacres Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel. Chaplain Nancy Schneider will officiate. Visitation will be from 6-8:00 P.M., Tuesday, at the funeral home.
Sandra “Sandy” McKinney passed away Sunday, June 28, 2015 in Cleburne. She was born June 12, 1943 in Pulaski, TN to Norman Gordon and Johnnie Sue Hollingsworth Fisher. She married Billie Tom McKinney on Sept. 27, 1986 in Cleburne.
Sandy was a Christian who loved the Lord and her family as well as her friends at Johns Manville where she was employed for 32 years. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Survivors include her husband of 28 years, Bill McKinney; children, Tod Shelton and wife Chanda of Burleson and Tad Shelton of Cleburne; stepchildren, Holly Dittrich and husband David of Weatherford, Michael McKinney and wife April of Whitney, and Michelle McKinney of Cleburne; six grandchildren, Peydon, Paxton, and Parker Shelton, Elizabeth and Macy McKinney and Slade Moore; sister, Sue Bass of North Richland Hills; and a host of other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents.
