Sharon A. White

Service for Sharon A. White, 80, of Cleburne will be conducted at 10:00 A.M., Saturday, June 18, 2016 in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. The Reverend Charles E. Payne will officiate, assisted by the Reverend Brooks Monk. Entombment will be in Greenacres Memorial Park Mausoleum. Pallbearers will be Hogan Darby, Christopher White, Kenneth Lee, Mike Mehaney, Bob Ed Watson, and David Gaines. Honorary pallbearers will be Jimmy Lee and Melvin Parnell.

Sharon A. White passed away Thursday, June 16, 2016 in Cleburne. She was born Sept. 2, 1935 in Bluff Dale to Horace and Leann Holmes Lee. She married Robert D. White on Dec. 30, 1955 in Cleburne and he preceded her in death on Feb. 23, 2010.

Mrs. White was a secretary for more than 40 years and a member of Calvary Baptist Church. She deeply loved her family and home.

Survivors include her children, Laurie Darby and husband Bill of Houston and Robby White of Joshua; three sisters, Betty Huston of Rio Vista, Barbara Pitts of Conroe, and Judy Moss of Ft. Worth; two brothers, Kenneth Lee and wife Glenda and Jimmy Lee and wife Mildred, all of Cleburne; and five grandchildren, Christopher White, Lacey White, Hogan Darby, Haley Darby, and Hunter Darby. She was also preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Horace Lee, Jr. “Beau”.
