Shelly Parsons

Graveside service for Shelly Lathers Parsons, 52, of Granbury will be conducted at 10:00 A.M., Friday, October 22, 2021 in Rosehill Cemetery in Cleburne. Visitation will be 6-8:00 P.M., Thursday, October 21, 2021 at the funeral home.

Shelly passed away October 12, 2021 in Granbury. She was born March 3, 1969 in Cleburne to Donald Ben Sr and Geraldine Carson Lathers. Shelly married Travis Eugene Parsons on September 16, 2005 in Granbury. She loved her chickens almost as much as she loved her grandkids. Shelly had a huge heart and loved everyone she met. She was a free spirit with a wild side that you couldn’t help but love.

Shelly is survived by her mother, Geraldine Lathers; children, Felicia Nettles and husband Walter, Grace Felan and significant other Fred, Bull Felan and Brittany; grandchildren, Stevieray, Sybil, Luke, Kinsleigh; sisters, Pam Webster and significant others Fred, Janie Harris and husband Chris, sister-in-law, Peggy Lathers and a host of other relatives and friends.

Shelly is preceded in death by her husband, Travis Parsons; twin daughters, Nikki and Tommi Felan; son, Ruben Felan; brother, Donald Lathers, Jr. and father, Donald Lathers, Sr.; grandparents, Doris and H.W. Golemom, Lula Mae and Carl Walton and Bill Lather, Sr.
