Sherri married her high school sweetheart Wendell Morrow on June 28, 1974, and they recently celebrated 47 years together. Sherri was a faithful member of Field Street Baptist Church since the day she was born. Sherri loved to sew and make clothes for herself, her children, and grandchildren. In Oklahoma, she was part of a sewing group called Daughters of Dorcus who made baby clothes and booties for the pregnancy center. In 2003, she and her family settled back in Cleburne and rejoined Field Street Baptist Church where she was an active member of Threads of Love ministry.
