Private graveside for Shirley Lee Haley Wilbanks, 83, of Cleburne, will be conducted Monday, April 20, 2020 in Buel Cemetery.

Shirley Lee Haley WilbankS passed away Wednesday, April 15, 2020 in Cleburne. She was born March 15, 1937 in Johnson County to John Henry Sr. and Arlue Estell (Reese) Haley. Shirley married F.G. “Curly” Wilbanks, Jr. on March 10, 1972 in Cleburne. She worked in the finance department for the City of Cleburne before retiring, she also had several business interests. She was a member of Buel Baptist Church

Shirley is survived by her step-children, David Glenn Wilbanks and wife Judy, Kayla Hall, Leah Melissa Warner; 5 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; sister, Mary Louis Baker; brothers, John H. Haley, Jr. and wife Bernice, Patrick Timothy Haley and wife Cheri and numerous nieces and nephews.

Shirley is preceded in death by husband, F.G. “Curly” Wilbanks, Jr., mother, Arlue Haley; father, John Henry Haley; brother, W.T. Haley, sister, Betty Robinson and an infant sister.
