Sigmund Ostrowski

Services for Sigmund "Sig" Ostrowski, 86 of Cleburne will be conducted at 10:00 A.M., Wednesday, Oct. 21, 2009 in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. Burial will be in the Rosehill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-8 P.M., Tuesday at the funeral home.
Mr. Ostrowski passed away Saturday, Oct. 17, 2009 in Cleburne. He was born Jan. 27, 1923 in Chicago, Ill. to Stanley and Mary Milowski Ostrowski. He was a millwright for Comanche Peak Power Plant in Glen Rose for 18 years. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and of the Catholic faith.
Mr. Ostrowski is survived by a brother, Henry Steve Ostrowski of Ft. Myers, FL; sister, Cecelia Zerowski of Ohio; two daughters, Keri Powell and Kathy Reed both of Bolton, NC; four grandchildren; friends, Betty and Pete Gomez of Cleburne. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Christine Ostrowski.
