Sobieda Sanchez

Sobieda “Sally” Sanchez passed away Friday, April 5, 2024.  Sally was born July 19, 1947, in Kerrvillle, Texas to Tomas and Francisca Sanchez.  Sally’s greatest joy in life was spending time with family. She was a loving mother and grandmother and devoted daughter.  She was a fantastic cook and enjoyed serving family and friends her delicious meals.  She like to read mystery novels and watch true crime shows.  She had a talent for cross stitching and was hard to beat on her computer games.  She spent many years working for Johnson County Memorial Hospital and Code Compliance for the Ft. Worth Police Department. 

She is survived by her sons, Ricky Vidaurri and wife Alice, Michael Vidaurri and wife Paula; 7 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren;  and brother, Tomas Sanchez; sisters Paula Olguin, Victoria Jones, and Maria Boddie;  numerous nieces, nephews and many  other relatives whom she cherished. 

Sally was preceded in death by her parents, Tomas and Francisca Sanchez,  sisters, Angie Hernandez and Alicia Day.
