Steve Arthur

Service for Steve Arthur, 61, of Grandview will be conducted at 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, November 18, 2020 at First Baptist Church of Grandview. Reverend Corey Cornutt will officiate. Burial will follow in the Grandview Cemetery. Visitation will be 6-8:00 P.M., Tuesday, November 17, 2020 at the funeral home. Pallbearer will be C.C. Crawford, Shane Edwards, David Moore, Todd Arthur, Tim Wallace and Tommy Nelson.

Steve Arthur passed away Friday, November 13, 2020 in Cleburne. He was born July 4, 1959 in San Marcos to J.W. and Mary (Ryals) Arthur . Steve married Sonja Marcene Oliver on April 21, 1979 in Grandview. He was a foreman at a machine shop with over 39 years of service.

Steve is survived by his wife of 41 years, Sonja Arthur of Grandview; children, Stephen Arthur, Jr. and wife Angie of Grandview, Troy Arthur and wife Cassie of Covington; father, J.W. Arthur of Jasper; grandchildren, Mason Arthur, Cash Arthur, Eva Arthur; brother, Billy Wiginton and wife Mellissa of Grandview and numerous nieces and nephews.

Steve is preceded in death by his mother, Mary Wiginton; brother, Johnny Arthur and sister, Michelle Grafton.
