Stewart Jones

Graveside service for Stewart J. Jones, 69, of Cleburne will be conducted at 11:00 AM Friday, February 3, 2012 in the Rosehill Cemetery. Dr. Jack Hunnicutt will officiate. Visitation will be Thursday from 6-8 PM at the funeral home.

Stewart J. Jones passed away Sunday, Jan. 29, 2012 in Ft. Worth. He was born August 2, 1942 in Cleburne to Stewart Maxwell and Nina Jane McClendon Jones.

Mr. Jones attended Cleburne schools and served in the US Army. He was a self-employed truck driver and was of the Methodist faith.

Stewart is survived by his daughter, Shelly Jones of Chandler; grandchildren, Brittany Daughtry of Burleson, Brandon Jones of Austin and Bridget Greenman of Austin; brothers, Reggie Jones of Bedford and Larry Jones of Cleburne; sister, Pam Hirsch of Glen Rose and numerous nieces nephews and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Stewart Maxwell Jones and Nina Jane McClendon Jones Greenhaw.
