SuZann Stone

Service for SuZann Stone, 69, of Cleburne, will be conducted at 10:00 A.M., Monday, July 17, 2017 in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. Brother David Barnum will officiate. Burial will be in Rio Vista Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Don Massey, Tom Morgan, Hunter Morgan, Garrett Morgan, Barry Simms and Mark Reinhardt. Visitation will be from 4-6:00 P.M., Sunday, at the funeral home.
SuZann Stone passed away Thursday, July 13, 2017 in Cleburne. She was born Dec. 25, 1947 in Cleburne to Glen and Wayne Marie Cooper Bartoo. She married Clarence Alva Stone on Sept. 19, 1970 in Lubbock.
Mrs. Stone worked for nine years for the Johnson County Extension Office. She then worked as a secretary for the DPS Highway Patrol Office, retiring with 21 years of service. SuZann was a member of Mt. Carmel Baptist Church.
Survivors include her beloved husband of 46 years, Al Stone of Cleburne; son, Chad Stone and wife Heather of Grandview; grandchildren, Katy Stone of Rio Vista, Kinsey and Case Stone of Grandview, and Cooper Stone of Willis; and daughter-in-law, Jenny Stone of Willis. She was preceded in death by her parents and a son, Shannon Stone in 2011.
