Suzanne Lyons

Virginia Suzanne Lyons, 73, passed away on Friday, April 3, 2015, after a long illness.
Memorial services will be at Holy Comforter Episcopal Church at 10:30 A.M., Saturday, May 9, 2015.
Suzanne graduated from Sunset High School and attended the University of North Texas prior to becoming the head of the accounting department for J.C. Penney’s insurance division. Upon her retirement, she opened the Cottage clothing store. Suzanne loved her family and friends.
Suzanne was an avid concert pianist and a past member the following organizations, Heritage Assembly, Main Street Board, Downtown Merchants and Chamber of Commerce.
Survivors include her beloved husband of 53 years, Bill Lyons; daughter, Beth Lyons; adopted daughter, Jean Rowell; and a host of other relatives and friends.
