Sylvia Holton

Services for Sylvia Dean Berry Holton, 69, of Fort Worth, will be conducted at 10:30 A.M. Tuesday, September 11, 2012 in the First Baptist Church of Godley. Burial will follow in the Godley Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 P.M. Monday at the funeral home.

Ms. Holton passed away on Friday, September 7, 2012 in Fort Worth. She was born April 6, 1943 to Clifford Berry and Juanita Stark Berry. She was of Christian faith and worked over 20 years as a registered nurse, specializing in geriatrics. Sylvia was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Earl Parker; and sister, Eliose Hey.

Survivors include her daughters, Robin Stout and husband, Robert of Corsicana and Toni Horn and husband, Charles of Dallas; sons, Max Holton, Jr. of Weatherford and Shane Holton of Fort Worth; 7 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; sisters, Linda Patrick of Godley and Carolyn Richardson and husband, Leslie of Godley; brother, Jimmy Berry and wife, Cinda of Harper; numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.
