Tara Pointer

Services for Tara Janay Pointer, 33, of Grandview, will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Friday, September 22, 2006 at Bethlehem Baptist Church in Grandview. Rev. Gill Jeffery will officiate. Burial will be in Grandview Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Michael McGee, Terrence McGee, Christopher McGee, Aaron McGee, Ronald Pruitt, George Pruitt, Montrel Matthews and Charles Spencer.

Tara Janay Pointer passed away Monday, September 18, 2006 in Houston. She was born January 18, 1973 in Arlington, Texas.

Tara was a corrections officer and
a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church. She was a 1992 graduate of Grandview High School, a 1994 graduate of Weatherford College and she also attended Oklahoma Baptist University.

Tara Janay Pointer is survived by her parents, Woodrow and Patricia Harris of Grandview; one brother, Timothy Pointer of Ft. Worth; three nephews, Timothy Pointer, Jr. Terrance Pointer and Terrell Pointer all of Ft. Worth; close friend, Tammy Eggleston of Ft. Worth and father Dale Pointer of Ft. Worth.
