Teddy Timmons passed away Wednesday, May 18, 2005 in Cleburne. He was born October 7, 1932 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Early Wayne and Willie Marie Granger Timmons. He married Betty Jean Dees on August 1, 1959 in Cleburne.
Mr. Timmons was a self employed auto upholsterer and a veteran of the U.S. Navy. He was a member of Field St. Baptist Church. Mr. Timmons was one of the founding members of the "Gunfighters of the Chisholm Trail" and participated in many western shows throughout the metroplex for over 10 years.
Teddy Timmons is survived by three daughters, Edie Timmons of Cleburne, Leigh Ann Timmons of Morgan and Lisa Timmons of Cleburne; two sons, Rowdy Timmons and Steve Timmons, both of Cleburne; three brothers, Mike Timmons of Michigan, Don Timmons of Alaska and Larry Timmons of Colorado; 7 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
