Tereia LaGow Plowman

Visitation for Tereia Elaine LaGow Plowman will be held at Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Funeral Home on Wednesday, March 12, 2025, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A graveside service will take place at Bethany Cemetery in Alvarado, Texas, on Thursday, March 13, 2025, at 11:00 AM.

Tereia LaGow Plowman, a beloved member of her community, passed away on March 7, 2025, in Cleburne, Texas, at the age of 70. Born on March 22, 1954, in Fort Worth, Texas, Tereia dedicated much of her life to her career, working for 45 years at Chaparral Steel in Midlothian. Her commitment to her work and her colleagues was evident, and she was respected by all who had the pleasure of knowing her professionally.

Tereia was not only a devoted worker but also a deeply caring individual who was actively involved with her faith community as a member of the Refuge Church in Cleburne. Her love for reading and her generous spirit shone through in her interactions with others, where she was known for her willingness to give and support those around her.

She leaves behind her loving family: her sons, Calvin Plowman and Keynan Plowman and wife Monica; her mother, Dorothy LaGow; her brother, Johnny LaGow; her sister, Terri Hodges; her granddaughter, Ryann Reed; and her grandsons, Michael Plowman and Bo Plowman. Each family member will cherish the memories they shared with Tereia, whose warmth and kindness touched the lives of many.

She is preceded in death by her father Thomas Harvey LaGow, Jr; brother, Ronnie LaGow.
