Funeral services for Terry Glenn Smith, 71, of Cleburne will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday in the Church of the Holy Comforter. Father Stephen Jones will officiate. Burial will be in Cleburne Memorial Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Joel Smith, Corey Smith, Vernon Gambrell, Dr. Lance Bullard, Leroy Knight, Dr. Benjamin Carlock, Eddie Saylors and Lonnie Holliday. Honorary Pallbearers will be Rick Horton, Robert Kandt, John Gilbert, Larry Jones, Ted Jones, Sam Walls, Mike Bourland and Malcom Wetsel.

Mr. Smith passed away on Saturday, October 18, 2008 in Fort Worth. He was born May 28, 1937 in Cleburne, Texas to Percy Allen and Flora Mildred Terry Smith. He married Delia Ann Armstrong June 8, 1956 in Cleburne.

Mr. Smith was owner of Plas-Tex Inc. in Fort Worth and Houston for twenty-six years. He was a member of the Episcopal Church. He graduated from Cleburne High School in 1955 and Texas Tech University in 1959.

Terry Glenn Smith is survived by his wife, Delia Smith, of Cleburne; sons, Marty Smith and wife, Anita, of Burleson and Chad Smith, of Crowley; daughter, D'Anna Smith and husband Stephen, of Azle; four grandchildren, Joel Smith, Corey Smith, Kassadi Smith and Rebecka Smith and special niece, Kristi Armstrong. He was preceded in death by his parents, Flora and Percy Smith and one son, Gerald Wade Smith.

Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or Charity of Choice.
