Theda Lou Lindsey

Graveside service for Theda Lindsey, 82, of Cleburne, will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Monday, December 2, 2024, in Cresson Cemetery. Family and friends are invited to a visitation from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M on Sunday, December 1, 2024, at the funeral home. Serving as pallbearers are Shane Skiffington and Norman Parish.

Theda passed away peacefully on November 23, 2024, in Cleburne. Born on August 20, 1942, in Fort Worth, Texas, she was a loving wife to Roy Lee Rowlett until his passing on September 15, 2005. A dedicated homemaker and a person of strong Christian faith, Theda found joy in many aspects of life. She had a passion for classic cars and frequently attended car shows. Her love for 50’s music brought her many happy memories, and she cherished her coffee dates with friends. Theda was especially devoted to her dogs, Diamond and Rusty, who were beloved companions. Her life was a testament to love and devotion, and she will be fondly remembered by all who knew her.

She is survived by her son, Beaux Parish; grandchildren, Shane Skiffington and his wife Monica Marin, Lindsey Skiffington, Coda Stone, and Randa Stone; as well as numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other relatives who will miss her dearly.

Theda was preceded in death by her parents, Mary and Weldon Lindsey; her husband, Roy Rowlett; and her son, C.W. Stone.
