Graveside service for Thelma Louise Johnson Anderson, 89, of Denton, will be conducted at 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, October 7, 2015, in Rosehill Cemetery. The Reverend Charles Zackery will officiate.
Thelma Louise Johnson Anderson passed away Saturday, Oct. 3, 2015, in Denton. She was born Sept. 27, 1926 in Cleburne to Harvey Richard and Mamie Jewell Bankston Johnson. She married J.D. Anderson in 1991 in Cleburne and he preceded her in death in 2004.
Mrs. Anderson was a seamstress with Walls Industries for over 10 years before retiring. She was of the Christian faith. She will be missed greatly by all who knew and loved her.
Survivors include her daughter, Barbra Zackery and husband Charles of Denton; granddaughter, Michelle Brown of Denton; step grandchildren, Don Anderson, June Smith, Rita Lara and Shirley Adair; great grandchildren, Rachelle Brown and boyfriend, Anthony Hacker of Sanger and William Brown of Hurst; great- great grandchild, Schon Brown; sister, Hazel Fenn; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by her parents; first husband, Orland Anderson in 1966; son, Calvin Richard Anderson in 1945; and sister, Jewel Mae Scott.
