Service for Thomas Glenn Parker, 61, of Cleburne will be conducted at 10:30 A.M., Wednesday, Feb. 22, 2012 in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. Mr. Kern Porter will officiate. Burial will be in the Rosehill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-8 P.M., Tuesday at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be John Parker, LA Crouch, Jimmy Parker, Landon Decker, Jameson Parker and Zack Vick.
Mr. Parker passed away Friday, Feb. 17, 2012 in Cleburne. He was born Sept. 12, 1950 in Abilene to Herman Thomas, Jr. and Frances Irene Reeder Parker.
He graduated from Cleburne High School in 1969 and was a warehouser for Johns Manville in Cleburne for 37 years. Mr. Parker was a member of the Church of Christ.
Mr. Parker is survived by two sons: John Parker of Bartlesville, Okla. and Reed Parker of Cleburne; daughter, Megan Crouch and husband LA of Hartsville, S.C.; granddaughter, Ella Crouch; mother, Irene Parker of Cleburne, spouse of 34 years and mother of his children, Karen Parker of Cleburne; brother, Jimmy Parker and wife Janelle of Cleburne; sister, Debbie Crawford of Cleburne; nieces, Lara Arnold, Jordan Vick and Sara Plumlee; nephews, Landon Decker, Jameson Parker and four great nephews.
